A poison centre notification is the harmonised submission of information on hazardous mixtures to the appointed bodies of EU member states, as required by Article 45 and Annex VIII of the CLP Regulation.
It includes product identifiers, the UFI, the composition, the classification and toxicological information, and is usually submitted through the ECHA Submission portal.
