The Unique Formula Identifier (UFI) is a 16-character alphanumeric code that must be printed on the label of hazardous mixtures under Annex VIII of the CLP Regulation. It links the product to the information submitted to poison centres.
If someone is exposed to the product, the poison centre can identify the exact mixture from the UFI and give the right advice.
