Responsible Person and ÜTS registration for cosmetics in Türkiye
Cosmetic products placed on the Turkish market must be notified in the Product Tracking System (ÜTS) of the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK). We support foreign brands and Turkish importers with the registration, notification and documents.

Questions
Is the EU notification valid in Türkiye?
No. Türkiye has its own notification system, ÜTS. Products must be notified there separately.
Do Turkish labels need to be in Turkish?
Yes, the mandatory label information must be in Turkish for products sold in Türkiye. We review the Turkish text.
Can you work with my Turkish importer?
