Questions
Does CLP apply to finished cosmetics?
No. Finished cosmetic products for end users are labelled under the Cosmetics Regulation, not CLP. CLP applies to their raw materials.
Which languages must a CLP label use?
The official language or languages of the member state where the product is placed on the market, unless that country provides otherwise.
Is the SDS linked to the label?
Yes. The classification on the label and in the SDS must match.
