Safety Data Sheets (SDS / MSDS) for cosmetic raw materials and mixtures
Hazardous substances and mixtures need a Safety Data Sheet. Finished cosmetics for consumers are exempt from the REACH SDS obligation, but distributors, carriers and marketplaces often still ask for one. We prepare SDS in the 16-section format.
Legal basis: Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), Article 31 and Annex II; UK REACH; Turkish SDS rules.
