REACH Only Representative, UK REACH and KKDİK registration
A manufacturer outside the EU can appoint an Only Representative in the EU to fulfil the REACH registration obligations of its importers. The same idea exists in UK REACH and in Türkiye's KKDİK regulation. Our group supports these registrations.

What is a REACH Only Representative?
A person established in the EU appointed by a non-EU manufacturer to fulfil the registration obligations of importers under REACH Article 8.
Do cosmetics need REACH registration?
The substances in cosmetics may need registration by their manufacturer or importer. Finished cosmetics themselves are not registered under REACH.
What is KKDİK?
KKDİK is Türkiye's chemicals regulation based on REACH, with its own registration obligations.
